BT Sport Box Office: How to watch



Launched in 2018, BT Sport Box Office is BT's pay-per-view outlet, available across the UK and Ireland.

You can access BT Sport Box Office in the following ways:

SKY (UK and Ireland) 
Channel 490 HD only.
Non-recordable in Republic of Ireland

UK:
From 10th December 2018, new and existing BT Sport customers can purchase the event online by visitingwww.bt.com/sportboxoffice. You'll need your viewing card number to complete the order (this can be found on a Sky+ HD box by pressing “Services” on your remote and going to Settings > System Details. On a Sky Q box this information can be found under Settings Menu > System Information). Don't take your viewing card out of your box as the card must be in the box at the time of purchase for it to be completed.

From 15th December 2018, existing BT customers can purchase the event using Box Office on your Sky remote.

Republic of Ireland:
From 15th December 2018, customers in ROI will be able to purchase the event online by visiting https://www.eirsport.ie/ppv. You will need your viewing card number to complete the order (On a Sky+ HD box press “Services” on your remote and go to Settings > System Details. On a Sky Q box, go to Settings Menu > System Information). 

Don't take your viewing card out of your box as the card must be in the box at the time of purchase for it to be completed.


BT TV
  • Channel 494 HD only.
  • BT TV customers can order the event on their remote control.


Virgin Media UK

Virgin TV customers can use their remote control to visit the 'On Demand' section and choose 'Live Events'.
The BT Sport Box Office service does not have a designated channel number on Virgin Media UK.


Live Stream
The event is available to buy online via web or app -  follow the instructions from BT's support website here. Customers can also watch on the big screen using Google Chromecast and Apple Airplay.
