Freesports takes live Serie A and Eredivisie

Serie A and Eredivisie games will feature on free-to-air channel Freesports for the first time, as a result of the transfer of rights from Eleven Sports UK.

Earlier this week it was announced that Eleven Sports UK would lose the rights for both leagues, with games moving over to Premier Sports-owned channels.

During February, games will be shown across both Eleven Sports and the Premier Sports family of channels.

Premier Sports' sister channel Freesports will show Napoli v Sampdoria live at 5:15 on Saturday 2nd February, followed by Juventus v Parma at 7:25pm.

Eredivisie action follows on Sunday 3rd February, with live coverage of Excelsior v Feyenoord at 11:10am and PSV v Sittard at 1:25pm.

► Freesports is available on Freeview channel 64 (in some areas), as well as free-to-air on Sky UK channel 422, Freesat 252, TVPlayer.com and in HD on Virgin Media 553.
