My5 users affected by playback fault



Channel 5 has apologised to users experiencing technical issues using the My5 on-demand and catch-up service.

A fault, which has resulted in users being unable to play back episodes of programmes held on the service, has been dogging My5 for several hours.

The broadcaster says engineers are working on resolving the fault as quickly as possible. It's believed the fault extends over various platforms that My5 is available on.

My5 provides on-demand and catch-up TV programming from Channel 5's family of channels, as well as third party broadcasters including Blaze and PBS America.
