Sky Living to become Sky Witness

Sky is to rebrand the Sky Living channel as "Sky Witness".

The channel, which first launched under the name UK Living in 1993, later becoming "Living TV" and then just plain "Living", became part of Sky's channel portfolio in 2010 and rebranded Sky Living in 2011.

The change will take place on 6th August 2018.

Since its acquisition, Sky Living has appeared to have struggled with its branding and overall identity, with the channel morphing into a place for US acquisitions rather than any home-grown programming. The move away from home-grown programming came after a raft of newer competitor channels, including Really and ITVBe had success showing the type of programming that might have previously been seen on Sky Living.

The channel is available on Sky (107), Now TV, Virgin Media (111 UK, 124 Ireland), WightFibre and TalkTalk TV (302).
