NOW 80s widens reach on Freeview

Fans of 1980s music will welcome the arrival of Now 80s on Freeview channel 88 across more of the UK.

With a quarterly reach of 1.5m, this channel is the home of classic pop that has stood the test of time. Its output includes classics from Duran Duran, Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston.

The specialist music channel was originally broadcast to viewers in Manchester only, but is now live on the DVB-T2 COM8 multiplex, which reaches around 75% of the UK, for viewers with Freeview HD, Freeview Play, YouView or EE TV receivers.

Now 80s is now available to anyone who can already receive BBC Four HD on Freeview, as it's carried on the same digital multiplex.

Alternatively, the channel is carried on streaming service TVPlayer and on Sky channel 371.
