Motorsport TV apologises for Sky problems

Update | Motorsport TV has apologised to Sky viewers for the loss of service.

Citing unspecified technical issues, the channel was withdrawn from Sky channel 429 on Tuesday.

It originally told viewers it hoped to return to Sky by the weekend, but on Friday advised viewers it wasn't expecting a return until next week. Sky meanwhile has advised users that the removal from Sky's TV list was Motorsport TV's own decision.

The issue isn't affecting the channel's free-to-air signal on satellite, which is normally used by Sky. As a result, Motorsport TV UK can continue to be manually tuned in on Sky and other satellite receivers.
