Made TV teams up with CBS Reality

Local TV company Made Television has teamed up with CBS Reality to provide programme blocks on its network of TV channels.

Effective this week, Made's local channels join CBS Reality between 9am-11am, 1pm-5pm and 9pm-2am, with programme highlights including Judge Judy and Voice of a Serial Killer.

The arrangement gives CBS Reality a boost in reach with an improved slot near the top of the channel list. The channel's regular Freeview slot is on channel 66, but Made's TV stations broadcast in a number of towns and cities on channel 7 in  Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle upon Tyne and Teesside as well as on channel 8 in Clywd and Cardiff.

Made's deal with CBS replaces the previous arrangement with Sony Pictures Television's TruTV UK channel, which enabled shows such as America's Got Talent to be screened on the local TV channels.

Also new to Made TV this week is a new networked show presented by Steve LeFevre. The Week with Steve LeFevre, broadcast every Thursday at 8pm is set to showcase some of the biggest stories and topical issues with top guests featuring each week. The new 60 minute show will feature a ‘Made TV News’ segment with key stories from across the city channel regions, alongside the chat show’s tongue-in-cheek debates.
