CBS Drama to launch on Freeview

UPDATED | There's even more Judge Judy coming to Freeview from 1st September 2015, when CBS Drama becomes the latest channel to join the digital terrestrial TV service.

Viewers will be able to see CBS Drama on Freeview channel 74. A retune may be required.

CBS Drama is already broadcast via satellite and cable services. Over 90% of households will be able to watch the channel via its new Freeview service, which will also be available on YouView and EE TV boxes.

In addition to providing Judge Judy addicts with more chances to catch up on real live court cases, (she already presides over proceedings on ITV3 and CBS Reality), CBS Drama has also announced further new shows on its channel from 1st September:

Sex and the City and Nurse Jackie will join the channel, and be broadcast as part of a new drama block after 10pm.

Existing shows, which are technically new to Freeview, include 80s drama Knots Landing and Dallas. CBS Drama will provide viewers another chance to see UK drama series Waterloo Road and Clocking Off .

CBS Drama is the last of the UK CBS channels, operated by AMCNI, to join Freeview.
