Can I watch ITV HD on Sky in Scotland?

Q: Can I watch ITV HD on Sky in Scotland (STV region)?

A:  Following an update that has been rolling out on Sky boxes during Autumn 2014, it is now possible once more to add ITV HD manually to most Sky HD boxes set-up in Scotland. Some frequencies have changed recently - details below.

If you want to watch, e.g. football that isn't on STV HD, you can add ITV HD via the "other channels" menu on all Sky HD boxes or via "non-Freesat mode" on Freesat boxes. Here are the parameters for the satellite transponder you need to enter:

(Freesat viewers can also select an English Postcode on set-up to gain access to the main channels south of the border.)

NOTE: A small number of older Sky HD boxes don't support the option to enter the Symbol Rate of 23.0 Mbaud, affected viewers may wish to upgrade their box.
