Bonanza Bonanza Channel to be re-branded

Satellite channel Bonanza Bonanza, the home of classic TV shows and country music, is getting a new name from 10th June 2015.

The channel, which is broadcast on Sky channel 266 and Freesat channel 157 will be re-branded ShowBiz TV.

Reporting the change, Canis Television and Media said the channel "will have new programmes coming soon."

The channel was originally a filler channel on the terrestrial local TV network before resurfacing as a satellite channel.

  2. The channel has improved a lot recently showing One Step Beyond, Dustys Trail, Dragnet and many more. I hope it keeps this mix of clasic tv and country and with the new classic tv channelTalking Pictures TV, showing Stagecoast West and great old movies things have improved a lot for classic tv viewers.
