Freeview Channel Updates: November 2013

November has seen Freeview channels make use of former Top Up TV channel numbers and the launch of a new local TV channel for Northern Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire.

The end of the month saw the official launch of local TV on Freeview and a new Freeview HD multiplex being rolled out.
